We read your photo and fill in the details automatically wherever the text is clear. Check every character before submitting. You can correct any field or add a separate VIN photo from a vehicle sticker, door-jamb sticker, windshield plate, or tool screen.
Is this a monthly subscription?
No subscription or automatic renewal. One single-code token costs $10. One 48-hour VIN token costs $20; packages are 5 for $90, 10 for $170, or 20 for $320. Mixed bundles combine single-code and 48-hour VIN tokens for $45, $80 or $150. See the package cards for exact quantities. Activate each VIN token separately when needed.
When does the 48-hour window start?
For unlimited tokens, when you confirm a VIN and activate a token. The $10 single request has no time limit. Buying a package does not start the clock. Your account shows each activated token’s time remaining. Service outages pause the allowance, and unavailable time is added back automatically.
Can I use a token for another vehicle?
Once activated, a token belongs to the VIN you confirmed. Use another unused token for a different vehicle.
Can I receive a code now?
Check the live service status at the top of this page before starting. Codes are saved in your account and sent to your verified email address.
What happens if I submit twice?
The same tool data in your account returns the existing request. New tool data creates a new request. If delivery is uncertain, the request is held for review before another attempt.

SUPPORTED INPUTS
Bring a supported tool screen.
Current requests require a 17-character VIN and Data 1, Data 2, and Data 3 from the tool screen. Common tools include Autel MaxiIM, Smart Pro, Xhorse, and Lonsdor, but the available data varies by model, year, key system, and tool. If your screen does not show all three data fields, contact support before buying a request or activating a token.

Fresh data matters
Use a current tool session and check every character. A typo, wrong VIN, or expired session can require a new request. The $10 request ends when its code is delivered; it is not automatically retried after customer-supplied information is wrong.
Failed delivery
If we cannot complete a request before a code is delivered, we hold it for review and do not silently submit another attempt. Contact support with your request number so we can determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. A delivered code is not automatically refundable.
Account-bound tokens
Tokens are tied to your account and the VIN you activate. Do not share your login. A different VIN needs a new token, and unusual concurrent use may be paused for review.
