Terms of service
Use of the service
ToyRollCode accepts requests from locksmiths with email-verified accounts for Toyota and Lexus code services. You are responsible for authorization to work on the vehicle, the accuracy of submitted VIN and tool data, and safe use of any returned code.
Requests and tokens
A $10 single request is for one VIN and ends when a code is delivered. A $20 token covers one VIN for 48 hours from activation. Tokens are account-bound and do not renew automatically.
ToyRollCode payments may appear on your statement as Rockland Locksmith.
Accounts and availability
Accounts require email verification. You can add or edit business details in your profile at any time. Requests may be submitted 24/7. Delivery depends on service availability, complete information, supported systems, and any necessary request review. Target times are estimates, not guarantees.
Keeping your account secure
Each login is for one person. Do not share passwords. Each staff member needs a separate account. Regular customer accounts have no limit on connected browsers. New browsers connect after sign-in without an additional email code. VIP accounts allow two connected browsers; connecting another requires choosing an existing browser to sign out. You can review and remove devices in My devices. We may ask you to review unusual activity or pause access while an account concern is resolved.
Service outages and delivery
During service outages, unavailable time is added back to active 48-hour VIN tokens automatically. Your account shows the protected allowance. Unused tokens do not start until activation. The $10 single request has no time limit and ends when its code is delivered.
Codes are delivered to your account and verified email address.
Packages, bundles and promotions
Single-code tokens and 48-hour VIN tokens are separate balances. The package page shows current quantities, prices and bundle savings before payment. Buying a package does not activate a VIN or start a 48-hour timer. Activate each VIN token separately when needed.
Private offers, new-customer pricing, first-code promotions and time-limited sales apply only to eligible accounts under the terms shown with that offer. Quantity limits, qualifying requests and expiry dates may apply. Free or discounted tokens do not create a cash balance. Your confirmed purchase record shows what you bought.
Wholesale and VIP access
Approved wholesale buyers can access private bulk packages. Wholesale status does not itself grant free tokens. VIP benefits, when enabled for your account, are separate from paid purchases. Each activated 48-hour VIN token remains limited to one VIN. Paid tokens and receipts remain recorded if wholesale or VIP access changes.
Partner referrals
A partner associated with your account can receive 15% of qualifying confirmed purchases after recorded refunds, at no additional cost to you. A request using an existing token does not create a new purchase commission. Partner reporting does not disclose your contact details, VINs or codes.

See our refund policy for delivered codes, duplicate or uncertain charges and support. Contact us before paying again or repeating a request with an uncertain outcome.
